The 460 sq m floor was installed in a single phase of six days with a weekend in the middle to allow the screed to dry.
The concrete had a rough tamped / ridged concrete floor which we prepared using vacuum contained shot-blasting.
We pump applied our Industrial Strength Smoothing Screed with a thickness of 10mm finished with our trowel applied high-build solvent free Epoxy Floor Coating Britdura 750.
Approximately 750 microns applied by scratch trowel and roller.
Attention to detail and a consistent fine slip resistant texture were important in this Private Motor Racing Garage.
Installation Programme: A single phase of six days with a weekend in the middle to allow the screed to dry.
