Requirement

Having invested in a new Business Centre, our client was looking to complete the project by lifting the presentation of the linking corridors and common areas.

Preparation

The grano concrete sub-floor had been painted. The paint was removed using vacuum contained diamond grinding.

3mm Elgood Universal Solvent Free Epoxy Flow Coat.

VOC Certification

Both products have passed BREEAM to an ‘exemplary’ standard.

Programme

The preparation was carried out over a weekend to be ready for the launch on the Monday.
