Elgood Industrial Flooring coated the floors in the existing facilities over 15 years ago.
Having performed well over that time, our Britdura 750 solvent free Epoxy Floor Coating was chosen again for Sunray’s extension of 360 sq m.
The unit had been used by an engineering business in the past and had a worn and heavily soiled concrete floor.
The installation was carried out in a single phase of four days.

Preparation for Industrial Flooring
Elgood Industrial Flooring prepared the floor using our vacuum contained diamond grinding machines to remove engineering build up and to smooth and clean the concrete.

Our Britdura 750 High-build scratch trowel applied Solvent Free Epoxy Coating in the colour Dusty Grey RAL 7037.
The coating is applied by trowel to ensure an even distribution of resin and finished by roller to achieve a consistent texture.
