Bath Spa University Television Studio Complex. Bath, Somerset

Having successfully installed two Television Studio Floors working with Skanska at Bath Spa University, Skanska approached us to see if we could treat the 150 sq m Service area to the studio.  Link to Bath Spa Studio Case Study on televisionstudiofloors.co.uk

The concrete was rough in places and had an unfinished surface which we prepared using vacuum contained shot-blasting.

We installed our 2mm self-smoothing solvent Free Epoxy Britdura 2000 with fine slip resistant finish.

Installation Programme: The installation of the flooring in the storage and scene dock areas was combined with the installation of the studio floors which formed the main project.

The Elgood Service: Manufactured, prepared and installed entirely by Elgood Industrial Flooring. The fact that we manufacture a range of our own floorings meant that we were able to install additional areas at short notice.
